Terms of Use

Draft pending owner and legal review. These terms describe how the site actually operates and are written to be accurate rather than to be maximally protective. They have not been reviewed by an attorney. RHG Solutions LLC should have them reviewed — particularly the disclaimer, liability and dispute sections, and the consent wording on the request form — before this site is promoted.

1. Who we are

HVACFranklinPark.com (“the Site”) is operated by PGH PRO HUB, a service of RHG Solutions LLC(“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What this service is

The Site provides general information for homeowners about heating and cooling systems, and lets you submit a request for HVAC help which we pass to HVAC professionals serving the Franklin Park, Pennsylvania area.

We are not an HVAC contractor. We do not perform HVAC work. We employ no HVAC technicians, hold no HVAC licence, and do not supervise, direct or control any contractor’s work.

3. What we do not promise

  • We do not guarantee a match. Submitting a request does not guarantee that any contractor will accept it or contact you.
  • We do not guarantee a response time. Availability depends on contractors and varies considerably with weather and demand.
  • We make no representation about contractors. We do not currently claim to screen, vet, verify, license-check or background-check them, and nothing on the Site should be read as such a claim.
  • We do not warrant any work performed. Any agreement for services is solely between you and the contractor.
  • We do not set prices. Any price you are quoted comes from the contractor.

4. Your agreement is with the contractor

If you engage a contractor, that contract is between you and them. We are not a party to it. We are not responsible for the quality, timing, safety, legality or pricing of any work performed, for any damage or loss arising from it, or for any dispute between you and a contractor. Please satisfy yourself about credentials, registration, insurance and permits before work begins.

5. Submitting a request

When you submit a request you confirm that the information you give is accurate, that you are at least 18, that you are the owner or an authorised occupant of the property, and that you consent to us sharing your request with HVAC professionals so they can contact you about it — including by phone, text message or email — as described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not use the request form to report an emergency. If you smell gas, a carbon monoxide alarm is sounding, or there is smoke or fire, leave the property and call 911 and your gas utility from outside. The Site is not monitored and cannot summon emergency assistance.

6. Information on the Site is general

Articles here are general information for homeowners, not professional engineering, safety, legal or tax advice, and they cannot account for the specifics of your equipment or property. Nothing here should be relied on as a substitute for a qualified professional inspecting your system.

We research what we publish and cite official sources where a claim may change — tax rules, refrigerant regulations, permit requirements and rebate programs all move. Verify anything you intend to rely on with the relevant official source. We deliberately do not publish price estimates.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, fraudulent or automated requests
  • Submit another person’s details without their permission
  • Attempt to interfere with, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Site
  • Scrape or copy Site content for republication without permission
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

8. Intellectual property

The content, design and code of the Site belong to RHG Solutions LLC or its licensors. You may read, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Republishing substantial portions requires our written permission.

9. External links

We link to sources such as the IRS, the EPA, ENERGY STAR and Franklin Park Borough. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or that its content is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RHG Solutions LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or property damage, arising from your use of the Site or from any contractor’s acts or omissions. We may modify the Site or these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
